✧ Important conditions, please read! ✧Once you pay, you agree to all the conditions in this document.✧ Information general. ✧✦ Payment via paypal and I will only start working on the commission once I receive payment✦ Please specify upfront all the changes you would want to be made to the initial sketch. Once the sketch is approved it will not be changed again.✦ Don't ask me to change the way I paint, it's IRRESPECTFUL. If you are paying for my art you are accepting my style, I respect any base color of any character you give me but when painting (shadows, for example) I will do it my way and how I interpret the colors. Before commissioning any artist look at their artwork to get an idea of what you are getting.✦ My commissions will ALWAYS have my firm. I am not allowed to withdraw or delete them.✦ PRIVATE commissions have an extra charge of $80 USD, you must clarify from the beginning if you want to keep it private.✦ I only accept a refund if I have not started yet. (Once I show you the sketch it means that I am already starting your order and there will be no refund.) There is an exceptional case where you CAN request a refund from Paypal even though I have already started and that is if a month has passed and I have not given you any news (No answer to your messages, no wips, etc.)✦ My English is basic so be patient, please✦Give me more than a one reference of the character that I will draw and please, one that you understand what you are giving me. I do NOT accept written descriptions.✦ The price will raise if the character has difficult accessories✦ Do not sell physical/digital products with my arts on them✧ Rules of coexistence between the client and me. ✧✦ You can ask me for wips but please do not abuse this, if you ask me I will send you 3 wips per day✦ Don't harass me, I understand the desire to have your commission terminated but it is NOT a reason for you to be harassing me overnight for wanting it to end. I'm sorry but I also have a life and I expect it to be respected!✦ Please let's have a respectful conversation, otherwise I will add you to my blacklist!✦ If my behavior was bad or has made you uncomfortable please let me know so I can apologize!✦ My working hours start at 17:00 PM and end at 22:30 PM, Argentina time. From Monday to Saturday I am working on commissions, the only day that I take a break and that I won't be able to answer your messages will be Sunday, please respect!✦ You have to understand that I need examples to show the public my work and that means that I will probably use your commission as an example for future clients. I will not sell or take your characters as my property.✦ If you are paying for a drawing of mine you are aware that you are paying for my art style. Don't ask me to change the way I paint.✦ I usually present more than one sketch. The sketches you discard I will use for future YCH, commissions or personal art.
