By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all the conditions listed below✦ General Information ✦✧ Payment method: PayPal only. Work will start after full payment is received.✧ Please provide clear visual references (at least 2). I do not accept written-only descriptions.✧ Don't ask me to change the way I paint, it's IRRESPECTFUL. If you are paying for my art you are accepting my style, I respect any base color of any character you give me but when painting (shadows, for example) I will do it my way and how I interpret the colors. Before commissioning any artist look at their artwork to get an idea of what you are getting.✧ My commissions will always include my watermark. You may not remove or edit it.✧ English is not my first language, so please be patient with communication.

✦ Working Process ✦
✧ I will send you an initial sketch. Please state all changes at this stage.
✧ Once a sketch is approved, no major changes will be accepted. Minor adjustments may be allowed.
✧ Additional changes after approval may require an extra fee.
✧ You may request up to 3 WIPs per day. Please don’t abuse this.

✦ Deadlines ✦
✧ Estimated completion time: 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity and my commission queue.
✧ Please be patient. I will always update you if unexpected delays occur.
✧ Rush deadlines may be possible for an extra fee.

✦ Refunds ✦
✧ Full refund available only if I have not started your commission.
✧ Once I send you a sketch, no refund is possible.
✧ Exception: If more than 1 month passes without updates (no replies, no WIPs), you may request a PayPal refund.

✧ Prices may increase depending on complexity (detailed accessories, armor, props, clothing, etc.).
✧ Extra fees:

✨ Complex background: +100 USD (or more depending on detail)

✦ Usage Rights ✦
✧ All artworks are for personal use only (sharing on social media, icons, printing for yourself).
✧ You cannot sell, reproduce, or profit from my art (merch, prints, books, NFTs, etc.) without a commercial license.
✧ My artwork may not be used to train, feed or generate images with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
✧ Commercial rights require an additional fee (100%+ of the base price).
✧ I retain all copyright and may use the artwork for my portfolio, commission samples, or social media.
✧ Paying for a private commission only prevents me from sharing it publicly (portfolio, samples, or social media). It does not grant you ownership of the copyright, nor permission to use the artwork for merchandise or commercial purposes

✧ Respectful communication is required. Harassment or constant spamming will result in blacklisting.
✧ My work hours: Monday–Saturday, 17:00–22:30 (Argentina time). I don’t answer messages on Sundays.
✧ If I ever behave unprofessionally or make you uncomfortable, please tell me so I can apologize and fix it.
✧ I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission if I feel uncomfortable with the request.
